About Nicole

Growing up I was always the caretaker and nurturer in my family, groups of friends, church, and community. I babysat frequently and that’s where my heart for taking care of families developed. I graduated from ECU in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, and have spent the last 8 years as a Mother/Baby nurse, with experience working in both special care nursery, postpartum, and lactation. Over the years, I’ve loved helping families learn about their little ones & care for them as they navigate their feeding plans, which led me to becoming an IBCLC. My passion lies with educating & helping new (especially first time) parents feel supported and at ease as you transition into parenthood. I am grateful to God to have a job that I love and feel incredibly honored to walk alongside families during a vulnerable, special, beautiful, challenging time. When I’m not working, you can catch me walking the loop with my doodle Bax, enjoying beach days with friends, traveling, reading, working out, playing music, and most recently learning to crochet.
