I am a certified birth and postpartum doula, childhood education student, a mama of two daughters, and a wife. Drawing on both my personal journey and professional experiences, I bring a deep understanding of parenthood and a heartfelt passion for supporting families through every stage. I am conversational in Spanish and adaptable to all cultures and traditions. I offer care that is inclusive, respectful, and compassionate. I believe birth is sacred and that the birthing person deserves just as much care and celebration as the baby. I take a holistic approach that nurtures the whole family- providing breastfeeding support, newborn care education, and gentle massage for both baby and birthing person. Families describe me as warm, attentive, and empowering, someone who ensures that feel truly seen, celebrated, and supported during one of life's most transformative moments.

As a birth and Postpartum Doula, I offer emotional, physical, informational support and advocacy to birthing people and their communities. I am a birth educator that offers sessions to help you understand your options in the hospital, make informed decisions, develop skills for labor and prepare for parenthood.
