Hello, my name is Nicolle Benjamin. I am a DONA trained and AWWS Certified Birth Doula. I am very passionate about all things birth work and I truly enjoy serving people. I believe birth is a sacred experience and should be protected. I also believe it can be peaceful and empowering for parents. As a doula my goal is to create an atmosphere that is safe and comfortable, make sure you feel confident throughout the whole process, and for you to have a positive birth experience with no judgement or bias. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my husband and cooking/baking.

Service introduction

I offer both Birth Doula and Birth Photography services. **If finances are a hinder please reach out, I believe that everyone who wants a doula should be able to have access to a doula.

Packages

Birth Doula

This package includes: - 3 prenatal appointments, in these appointments we will go over birth education, discuss what you want your birth experience to look like, create a birth plan/preference (if a birth plan is desired), practice positions for comfort measures and pain management, and create a postpartum plan. Each appt will be between 1-2 hours. - On-call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks, text/call support starting at the onset of labor, and continually in-person support when you feel you need me to join you. 1-2 hours of support immediately after delivery and a check-in text 24 hours after delivery. - 1 postpartum visit anytime within the first month, this is a check in to see how you are doing, if you have any questions or concerns about your birth experience and to see how nursing is going (if you are choosing to nurse) and if there is a need for any further referrals.

Nicolle took me on as a client very late in my pregnancy and was nothing short of amazing. She was so supportive and available and without her help, my birth experience would not have turned out as beautifully. She captured some amazing images and covered me in prayers that I would have the “redemptive birth” of my dreams. I wish I could go back and experience it all over again. My husband and I are eternally grateful for her beautiful gift. I highly recommend her, especially if you are walking in Christ. She is one of a kind.
