About Nolana
Hello everyone, my name is Nolana Jalowy and I am an Advanced Practice Provider dual certified as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner located in Sealy, Texas. All facets of birth are my joy and passion but also offer gynecological care. Coming from a background in labor and delivery, I believe birth can be calm and peaceful where women feel love supported and heard if we set the right atmospheare. My practice creates this experience within the comfort of your own home from beginning to end with prental, labor, birth, recovery, and postpartum care. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, grown kids, and wonderful grandbabies. When I have the oppertunity I love to travel and see new places.

Gynocological Care
Visits are $150 if within 60 mile radius plus cost of any labs or testing indicated.
Midwifery Care
My comprehensive package starts at $6,000 (within 60 mile radius) which includes all of your prentatl visits, routine labs, labor and delivery including the birth assistant fees. use of birth pool (if available), and four postpartum visit for you and baby as long as baby does not have any concerns or complications. This fee does not include additional non routine labs, ultrasounds, birth kit, newborn screens, vitamin K or erythromycin ointment.
What to expect
As a midwife I provid personalized, holistic care throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, supporting both the physical and emotional well-being of the mother and baby. during pregnancy, I offer prenatal checkups, monitor the baby's growth and development, provid nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and educat families about the birthing process. I attend home births offering continuous support, comfort measures, and clinical care while promoting a natural, low-intervention approach. After delivery I continue care with postpartum visits, breastfeeding support, newborn assessments, and guidance as families adjust to life with their new baby. My approach emphasizes informed choice, respect, and building trusting relationships with the familes I serve. As a WHNP I provide comprenhensive, patient centered care across the lifespan, focusing on reproductive, gynecologic, and preventive health needs. My services include routine wellness exams, pap smears (colposcopy if indicated), breast exams, contraceptive counseling and management and screening for sexxually transmitted infections. I also diagnose and treat common gynecologic conditions such as menstrual disorders, infections, and menopausal symptoms, while offering guidance on hormone therapy and overall wellness. I also provide preconception counseling, support for fertility concerns, and care during perimenopause and beyond. I place an emphasis on education, prevention, and individualized care empowering women to make informaed decisions about their health at every stage of life.
