I am a mom of a beautiful girl. Her name is Sky Helena. Right after I had my natural birth I realized that many women need help during this process. I will be your Doula and your best friend. As a mother and a Birth Doula, I will help you have your dream birth. The most important thing is that mommy is happy and baby is happy. I will be there in every step of the way not only for you but for your family. I am here for you! We are strong, we are invincible.

Carmen was absolutely incredible. She supported me emotionally throughout my pregnancy and even went to an OB appointment with me. She checked in with me weekly and genuinely cared for my and my baby’s well being. She took the time to educate me on different topics but also always respected my decisions and fully supported me and made me feel heard. I had a very tough labor and honestly cannot imagine what I would have done without her support. She advocated for me and listened to all my concerns. She was next to me the whole time and helped me both physically and emotionally to get through a 2 day labor with three hours of active pushing. My family is so thankful for her, she went above and beyond any expectations we had!

Being a mother of two, I realize how crucial professional care during pregnancy, birth and postpartum period is. I have been a Doua for more than 14 years. My goal and philosophy is that every mother feels grounded, nourished, empowered and ready to take on motherhood. They are best able to do so with enough knowledge as labor progresses on its own. I make sure that each woman that works with me is receiving physical and mental care, both before and after birth, evidence based Knowledge to make inform decisions. I love to bring my background and training from different cultures . I am passionate about and committed to safety guiding and supporting families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum period. My goal is to serve my community through education, encourage them to have the birth experience they deserve. I work as one, nurturing women, I believe that creating a solid/united team we can make a big impact in way of birth in our community.

Neena was a lifesaver for me and my baby! I was struggling with latching and not making enough milk for my baby. Neena patiently worked with me and my baby until I was confident with latching and helped me boost my milk supply. She also has an online library of videos which she gave me access to so I could learn more about breastfeeding and pumping in my free time. I really liked the videos on pumping and would watch them while feeding at night. Even though Neena gave me some sleep training tips during our time together, I am looking forward to working with her when I am ready to tackle sleep training. I couldn’t have asked for better support—she’s truly amazing!

I will strive to provide you with evidence based, and quality researched resources to support your new and growing family instead of the latest fads and trends in social media parenting. Support will look like assistance with lactation needs, pumping, bottle feeding, and general newborn and postpartum body recovery without leaving your home. I hope to come alongside you in the beginning of your parenting journey, to listen to your worries, to process your birth story, to guide you in areas of concern, and cheer for you with all the growth and success I know you will achieve in parenthood! I look forward to sharing resources, references, recipes, and love with anyone who finds themselves navigating this amazing, (and I will be honest….) difficult, frustrating, scary, joyful, exhausting, and moving time of life.

When I had my baby, Ashley was an incredible comfort and resource! She helped me navigate all of the huge life changes with confidence and grace, and I know without doubt that my family would not have made the transition as seamlessly without her expertise. 1000% recommend!

Hi, I’m Daniella mom of two amazing girls, a military wife, and your guide to birth ready resilience. My journey into motherhood began at 17, navigating the beautiful chaos of raising my first daughter while still figuring out myself. Fast-forward to today: I’m now a “veteran” of pregnancy (thanks to baby #2!), postpartum life, and the unique whirlwind of being a military spouse. Through it all, these very tools neuroscience-backed breathwork, pelvic floor prep, and somatic practices have been my lifeline. They rewired my stress responses during sleepless nights, cross-country moves, and the emotional marathon raising 2 girls, while reparenting myself and working on my own self development . I don’t just teach this work, I live it. Whether you’re 20 weeks along or 40, a first-time mom or a seasoned pro, I get it. Motherhood isn’t about having all the answers (spoiler: none of us do!). It’s about building a body and brain that can bend without breaking.A

My name is Yrma Lady Perdomo. I am a daughter, a mother, a sister, a partner and a forever student. I am a Board Certified & Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist with a specialty in Neurodevelopment. I am passionate about integrated and holistic interventions for Mothers and the developmental concerns of all children . My treatment approach incorporates all the complementary certifications and education I have had the privilege to receive, learn and teach . My work as a Craniosacral Therapist, Sensory Integration Specialist, Infant Sleep Educator, Postpartum Healing Practitioner, Breath Coach and Prenatal Kundalini Teacher have helped me develop an approach that fully HONORS Mothers, newborns and the new dynamics that exist within each family unit, especially the Mother-Baby dyad. I believe parenthood can be beautiful but also messy simply because we are not designed to do it without a village of support. Sistering mothers and their counterparts along their parenting journey is my passion. My own journey as a mother has allowed me to see what little support parents have within our modern culture and how often this age of information, societal pressures, and a collective that does not support the nuclear family, can leave parents depleted, frustrated and misinformed. It was from this place that a passion was ignited within me to create SisterWell, to do my part to sister other women well and to be a well of support, light and love. Working with infants and families in the 4th trimester is a privilege and my gift is guiding caregivers to palpably feel their intuitive abilities to parent from the inside out. My approach is collaborative, guided by a strong foundation in neuroscience and strongly led by our innate physiologic blueprint. Providing caregiver education that is clinically sound, child led, mother centered and built upon a strong foundation of whole family wellness is my principal focus. I have worked in various hospitals, clinics, collectives and private settings as a clinician and my mission remains the same: to provide parents and infants with a prevention focused model of care that is high quality, effective, comprehensive, and sustainable; understanding that the dynamics of child development are complex and that whole family health and wellbeing is at the center of it all. My education, training and experience allow me to holistically support families to thrive in ways that validate their instincts, nurtures attachment relationships and sets a foundation for lifelong wellbeing. I help empower caregivers to use guided functional movement techniques for optimal motor, sensory and cognitive development, guide parents through sleep without 'sleep training' and find solutions to common/uncommon infant diagnoses through therapeutic interventions that respect a child’s biologic need and innate design. I specialize in pre and post-tongue and lip tie interventions and collaborate with your chosen frenectomy practitioner to ensure optimal outcomes and make moving through the process of this procedure intentional, rewarding and successful. I love guiding new and experienced parents journey back to themselves, turn up the dial on their instincts, trust and fully embody their innate capacities to carry out and enjoy their most sacred role.
