My preemie has a poor latch. He is gaining weight. But he has pretty bad acid reflux. He can only nurse in certain positions. I find it really challenging to nurse on the go because we don't have our full set up, the pillow, the spots with good support.
My baby is not able to latch properly at first , he takes like 5-8 mins for latch. And then he cannot feed properly as the flow is increasing. He sometimes cough and cry during the feed. He also needs sleep training

She latched fine up until last night and now it takes her 10 minutes to stop fighting me and latch. Sometimes she will put the boob in her mouth, then take it out other times she will move her mouth around my boob, but never latch. I tried different positions until something takes.
