Haley Mangieri, BSN, RN, CLS, CISC

15 years of experience

Hi, I’m Haley! a Pediatric & Neonatal Registered Nurse (BSN, RN) with 8+ years of specialized experience in both Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU). Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I now live in South Beach, Miami, where I provide private, concierge-style newborn care in families’ homes. Since transitioning from the hospital setting, I have become a trusted Newborn Night Nurse for local families, including high-profile and high-net-worth clients seeking experienced, nurse-led support. I offer overnight and daytime newborn care, feeding guidance, postpartum support, gentle sleep shaping, and hands-on baby education tailored to each family’s needs. Credentials, Certifications & Trainings: • BSN, RN • Certified Lactation Specialist (CLS) • Certified Infant Sleep Consultant (CISC) • CPR/BLS • PALS • STABLE (Neonatal Post-Resuscitation Stabilization) • Dr. Brown’s Infant-Driven Feeding (IDF) certification Please feel free to message me with any questions, I would love to connect!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working alongside Haley at our specialty hospital, which includes both a step-down NICU and PICU. Haley joined our team as a travel nurse and made a seamless transition into her role—immediately becoming a valued and trusted member of the unit. Personally, Haley was an incredible support to me during a time when I was returning to the bedside after time away. Without hesitation, she took me under her wing, guiding me through current best practices and reinforcing a strong foundation in safe, evidence-based care. Haley’s compassion is evident in every interaction she has—with patients, families, and colleagues. She is a gifted teacher who takes time to educate parents navigating complex medical situations, all while being approachable and non-judgmental. Her ability to explain, support, and reassure makes her an invaluable resource, especially for first-time parents, NICU graduates, or those caring for medically fragile children. If Haley can expertly manage the needs of 3 to 5 ill infants and children during a shift, it’s clear she can handle anything that comes her way in a home environment. I would strongly recommend her to any family—whether they are welcoming a new baby, adjusting to life with a NICU graduate, or simply in need of skilled support for peace of mind to promote restful sleep. Haley is a nurse you can trust wholeheartedly—with both clinical excellence and compassionate care at the core of everything she does.

šŸ‘‹šŸ¼ Welcome. So, you want to learn more about me, my energy, and the services I offer. First things first… take a sip of tea or water. We need to make sure you’re hydrated. Have you eaten? How’s your bladder? Did you take your prenatals today? I know, I sound like a mother. 😊 But that’s truly where my work begins, with the basics. With tending. With noticing. With caring for the small things that protect the big things. My journey into birth work has been a long, winding path with many twists and turns. I began my career designing therapeutic environments for children’s hospitals, studying how physical spaces impact healing, safety, and the nervous system. Over time, that work led me somewhere deeper, into the sacred space of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Today, I am in private practice, Aspired Mother, where I offer birth and Ayurvedic postpartum care services rooted in both modern understanding and time-honored maternal care traditions. For birth preparation, my focus is on strengthening the mind-body connection so you can access efficient, instinctive movement and nervous system regulation during labor. Birth is not something we force, it’s something the body remembers when it feels safe and supported. Through somatic awareness, alignment, and practical preparation, I help you build confidence in your body’s innate design. For postpartum, my Ayurvedic approach extends the midwifery model beyond birth, protecting your long-term recovery and wellbeing. The early weeks after delivery are not just about surviving, they are foundational to your hormonal balance, energy, and emotional health for years to come. Through nourishment, warmth, rest, and hands-on support, I stabilize and restore you at your core. I also facilitate meaningful gatherings and transition support, such as Mother Blessings, Closing of the Bones and postpartum integration sessions , for women who wish to honor this threshold in a grounded and personal way. At the heart of my philosophy is this: Childbirth is not simply medical event. It is a formative life experience. And when a mother is deeply prepared, supported, and protected, the entire family benefits. So, whether you are planning a home birth, birth center experience, or hospital delivery, I believe in shared decision-making, informed choices, and honoring your autonomy every step of the way. I’m here to support you , not to lead you. Not to override you, but to walk beside you. And yes… I’ll probably remind you to drink water along the way. šŸ’›

Cheryl is incredible! As a first time mom, I had no idea what I was doing. I am somebody who needs a lot of sleep in order to function, and my husband has a very demanding job so we decided to hire a night nurse for a few weeks to help us out. Cheryl taught me everything I need to know about how to be a mom to my daughter. She was so helpful that we ended up keeping her for three months! By the time Cheryl left, I felt fully confident and taking care of my daughter (who slept 12 hours straight a night thanks to Cheryl.) You can see and feel how much Cheryl loves her job and loves babies. I will be forever grateful to her and will be having her back for any future babies šŸ¤

Monica was a midwife to me for my second born baby. After delivering in a hospital with my first baby, I was sure I wanted different with my second baby. Monica was incredible, when she found out it was go time, she was more than prepared! She stayed connected, & we had a quick precipitous labor here my son was born to me in the water just 3 hours after laboring. I’ll never forget this experience and how Monica left a mark in my heart. The most empowering birth right after having had experienced a hospital birth.
