I am looking for an experienced postpartum doula or infant care specialist who can provide both hands-on support and guidance during the newborn phase. This includes assistance with feeding (breastfeeding support), soothing techniques, establishing sleep routines, understanding wake windows and fussiness, and general newborn care. I work from home, so it is important that this person can also care for my baby during meetings or when I need focused work time, especially when she is awake, so I can stay productive while knowing she is being well cared for. Baby is 6 weeks old and we want someone very experienced with newborn care, ideally M-F for 4-5 hours per day such as 11am-4pm

I am 38 years old and pregnant with my last child. I want to be able to labor naturally for once and not have to worry about the medical staff harassing me and telling me to do things their way. I want someone who help my husband fight and advocate for me while I try and do what's important and focus on me and baby. This will be my last chance at a possible vaginal birth and I want to make that happen. I want to attempt TOLAC, and i need the support from a professional to help me succeed.

This is my first baby and would love to have a doula to ease my worries of my first baby especially giving at birth at a hospital. We have tricare so whatever is allowed with the insurance works for us. For my birth plan, I want a doula to help me and my husband navigate the hospital setting where we aren’t being rushed and intimidated. We want to do delayed cord clamping, no bath right away and trying to give birth upright.

My biggest reasons for looking into doulas is because I have had a life-long struggle with depression and anxiety and pregnancy has definitely heightened all of that. I don't have any friends who have been through pregnancy or have kids, so I don't have anyone to go to for guidance other than calling my OB or asking ChatGPT. I’m struggling with postpartum badly and need a certified therapist as well as a certified pp doula that studied postpartum and all the things that come with it, from the hormone drop, to all the emotions I’m experiencing to help navigate through what I’m going through and feeling. I’m a first time mom to a 10 week old baby, so this is all brand new to me and this had been a huge, beautiful rollercoaster full of ups and downs and I needed help. I’m also looking for an IBCLC to help my baby feed better as breastfeeding can be very frustrating and challenging sometimes. He started well, but it’s kind of tapered a bit. I would also like in-home help such as cleaning and cooking as well if that’s possible.
