My daughter just found out that she is pregnant. I am looking for someone to help us understand pregnancy dues, and don’ts childbirth and the fourth trimester Care. So that I can do my best to help her. She plans to birth in a hospital. I have no idea how much a Doula cost and the birth plan is what we’re trying to figure out through education

Hello! My husband and I are seeing a private OB currently. We are planning for a hospital birth. We are looking for someone who can provide support to myself(patient) but also my husband. We have a strong faith and believe birthing is a miracle but would love to have a well experienced support system in the room with us from beginning to end. To help calm those nerves, talk us through situations and be a guidance. Also to help voice our wants/needs while in the hospital. Going into it I am hoping for a vaginal delivery, possibly unmedicated. However will assess the situation when it comes. I would love some natural holistic approaches as well.

I’m an older mom, 41, living with my husband and a few dogs. I had miscarriages but no deliveries due to premature ovarian failure. I am attempting to induce lactation and Upstate Breastfeeding medicine will see me, but not until February.
