I am looking for someone who knows hands on techniques for pain management and anxiety during childbirth and helps with self care and emotional support after child birth. I am 40 years old and this is my first pregnancy. Cost is a concern. I don't really know how much these services cost but I'm not able to spend more than $1500 and would like to keep it under that.
