My plan is to deliver vaginally with as little invention as possible. I am open to Nitrous gas while pushing but I’d really like to avoid epidural at all. I am more interested in 4th trimester care as I’d like to breast feed.

We are most concerned with getting reasonable sleep for the first 8-13 weeks and would like a night nurse for 4-5 nights a week for the first 4 weeks, and the. 3 nights a week for the next 8-10 weeks depending on the need. Other postpartum services that would be helpful would be some lactation consulting and referrals to Pelvic floor physical therapy and being an advocate for the mother.
