My body is quite sore after delivery, and I’m hoping to find someone experienced in traditional Ayurvedic postpartum care (such as Abhyanga oil massage, gentle bodywork, and recovery practices). Ideally, I would like someone who can visit my home a few times a week during the early postpartum period to help with massage and recovery guidance. Newborn has Billy Ruben and is requiring 24 hr blue light therapy. My wife was just brought back into the ER due to high blood pressure and may also require a blood transfusion due to red cell count on top of the high blood pressure issue.
