I plan to give birth at a hospital. I have tricare. I don't have a birth plan other than a few preferences. I need help with basic tips that will be helpful with my baby. Once my husband goes on a deployment I will have zero support.

I plan to give birth at Sharp Mary Birch, San Diego, CA. I would like to have a doula with me during labor and postpartum at the hospital and at home for about two weeks so I can recover well. I'll need the doula to take care of my postpartum needs especially with my food/nutrition so that I can produce enough breastmilk. I haven't worked out my birth plan yet but going for a natural/unmedicated birth for sure.

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and located in the Albany area. This is our first baby, and we plan to deliver in a hospital. I am looking for a doula, post partum doula, and any other support my insurance covers. We plan to give birth at Kaiser Sunnyside. I have to use my kaiser TRAD HMO MEDICAL insurance. And I would love support creating a birth plan. Some things I know I want is pain medicine, being able to move during delivery, and delayed cord clamping. My husband and I both have ADHD and are highly intelligent. We would love someone pretty intelligent, but also someone that can read the room as I can become overstimulated with pain.
