I’d especially appreciate someone who is compassionate, trauma-informed, and experienced with postpartum mental health support, to help create a calm, grounding environment for me and my baby.

We are first time parents looking for postpartum care services to learn how to become effective parents, as well as accept help/care during the early recovery phase. Currently thinking M/W/F daytime visits would allow for an even distribution of care, but I am flexible and open to alternative schedules if needed.
