I'm looking for some support pre and post birth I want to launch full speed at a home birth as of now. I have a 1 year old who will be 2 by the time I have #2 Budget is in the air i havent talked to anyone in regards to price nor have i dont much research. A couple thousand? My birth plan is just to remain healthy, uphold good eating habits refrain from any use of pharmaceuticals, and I just want to feel comfortable and safe, being talked into a c-section with my last sons complications was tough. In Franklin- Looking for a nanny roughly 8-10 hours a week who is good with babies for our 3-month-old. (Tuesdays/Thursdays to start). Someone we could hopefully also call on for babysitting at night maybe once a month. We want someone with lots of experience, as we are first time parents and appreciate having someone with baby experience to help guide us at times too. Getting support myself as a first time mom with PPA is a big plus. For example, someone that I could trust with the “is this normal?” texts. Need a pet lover as we have 1 dog and 3 cats. Light housework would also be helpful. Vaccinated and Germ conscious is a must. We’d prefer someone who is over 30 years of age and has at least 5 years of experience. Willing to pay $20-$28/hr. Hello, we are 4 person family. We have. Daughter who is 20 months and a son who is 7 weeks. We are looking for help with our son. He has a VSD and currently has a NG tube for all his feedings. He takes very small amounts from the bottle ( he gets tired) and the NG gravity feed for the rest. We do around every 3 hours of feeding unless at night, that is a little more spread. He is working towards weight gain for surgery. I work for the state at the prison as a teacher and my husband works for the city. We are looking for help at night and some daytime for him because I am struggling with everything. We are trying to stay 25-30 a hour, but are open to other options. We have care for our daughter and dogs with my parents since they don’t need special equipment.

Hi! I wanted to share a little about the support I’m hoping for during labor. I’d really like to try for an unmedicated birth if possible, so having help with breathing, positioning, and counter pressure during contractions would mean a lot. My priorities are being able to move freely, delivering in the position I choose, delayed cord clamping, and keeping interventions minimal if everything is safe. I’d also love a calm, dark, peaceful environment. My pregnancy has IUGR, so there’s a chance I may need to deliver earlier than expected. I’m hoping for someone who can support me emotionally, help advocate for me if needed, and also guide my partner on how he can best support me during labor. I’m planning to use Medicaid/Blue Cross Community if possible, and I also wanted to ask if it would be possible to be matched with a Caucasian doula for my own comfort. Thank you! 🤍

Since I live overseas and unable to fly out there for the time being to help her I’m trying to figure out a way I could be of any support for my sister even if I’m physically away. One of the few things could be to help find her an experienced doula since she and he husband are too busy looking after their baby and helping each other now. Not sure what kind of requirements my sister would need but based on my own experience when I had a doula here in Tokyo about 5 years ago I think someone definitely with certification and several years of experience would be a must, and also being able to cook and do basic house cleaning would be ideal. What’s average doula fee is like there? I only had one in Japan so have no idea.
