This is my first pregnancy. I have been doing research and trying to come up with a birth plan with my fiancé but we need a little more help. I also need a little help advocating for myself in the hospital while in labor I don’t know if the doctors and nurses will respect my wishes with a birth plan and how I want to deliver.

I want to birth as natural as possible, I wouldn’t want an epidural unless it really comes down to it. I would want to avoid any cutting or tearing in my vagina. I’d like to push out naturally rather than get a C- section.
