Birth plan would be to stay as natural as possible, but not opposed to medical needs like an epidural if I decide I want one. Whether that be through breathing techniques, deferred sensation like a birth comb, water, etc. Want to avoid a C-section unless emergency demands it. Delayed cord clamp and immediate skin to skin as long as not an emergency. Want to try breastfeeding, and pumping, but not opposed to formula if needed.

I am looking for a postpartum doula to help me manage my newborn baby's needs. I don't have family in the area and my husband has returned to work and it's challenging for me to keep up with the household and support feeding baby (breastfeeding with supplementation and pumping) regularly because after 2 weeks my baby has not yet gotten back to his birth weight.
