Hi! We are looking for a kind, reliable night nurse to help care for our one-month-old baby girl. Our budget is around $200 per night, depending on how often we need care, though we're happy to discuss your rates if they differ. Our daughter is one month old and currently takes 3 oz fortified bottles because she lost weight after birth, and her pediatrician recommended fortifying both breast milk and formula. Depending on my milk supply, her bottles may be either breast milk or formula. She does tend to spit up sometimes, so we usually burp her after about every ounce instead of waiting until she's finished. Some feedings she'll take the full 3 oz, while other times she may not finish the entire bottle. She usually goes down for the night around 8:00–9:00 PM. Before bedtime, we try to do about 5 minutes of tummy time, followed by her bath, a bottle, then she's swaddled and laid down. Our routine isn't always exactly the same—some nights look a little different depending on how she's doing—but that's our typical evening. The only thing we ask is that her bottles are washed after use. Other than caring for her, we don't expect you to do any household chores. If you ever wanted to help with anything else, it would be greatly appreciated, but it's absolutely not expected. Our main priority is making sure our daughter is safe, comfortable, and well cared for while we get some much-needed rest. Thank you for considering helping our family. We look forward to finding someone who will love and care for our little girl as much as we do.
