Being your Birth Doula would be my deepest honor to help guide you in your journey to motherhood. Im A Certified Birth Doula. Im 27, I have 5 kids of my own. I have given birth vaginally with an epidural, without an epidural, and my 5th kid decided he wasn’t coming out after he broke my water at 33 weeks & I had to have a random emergency C section to a super preemie baby. So I’m personally experienced in child birth, & have chosen to help other women because I felt alone, I didn’t understand at times. I have been a birth doula in the OKC metro area since November of 2016 and Certified Lactation Counselor since 2021. My passion for all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum began during my own journey into motherhood. The more I prepared for my birth, the bigger my passion grew. My birth stories completely transform the way I saw myself and showed up as a mother. I now find great joy in walking with other families through their own transformation stories as they grow their families.

I received a bachelor's degree in Music Education with a minor in Spanish, but I became a birth doula after the birth of my second son (by birth, fifth by choice!). I have been fortunate to have had amazing birth experiences. I labored in my own way, and my children (all seven of them) were born into their father’s hands. I might dare to say I am a childbirth addict! I see pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family as some of the most beautiful things about humanity. When a laboring person is supported, loved, valued, and heard, the birth process is a positive and empowering experience. A birth doula offers constant physical and emotional support, methods to cope with pain, as well as reassurance when things are normal, and help interpreting medical information when things are not. This benefits all members of the support team.
