About me
Hello! I am a DONA International certified birth doula serving the OKC Metro and surrounding areas. I offer birth and postpartum doula services. I am passionate about birth and believe every family deserves physical, emotional, and informational support on their journey to parenthood. You deserve to be informed so you can make empowered decisions during your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am a Christian, military wife, and mom to three. I am passionate about coffee and love being outdoors!

Service introduction
Welcoming a baby is one of life's most tender and transformative journeys. As your doula, I want to build a strong relationship with you and your partner throughout your pregnancy. During your prenatal visits, we will discuss your birth preferences, any concerns or fears you or your partner may have, and go over comfort measures and pain relief techniques. We will also discuss breastfeeding if you wish to breastfeed, and postpartum. During labor, I will provide physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner. I will offer comfort measures, help you get into different positions, and educate you on questions you may have about medical interventions, within the doula scope of practice. While we know the main focus is on mom, it is also important for the birth partner to feel prepared, confident, and supported so they can be involved and play an active role in the birthing process. The doula does not take the place of the partner or make decisions for your family.

Jaci helped me bring my handsome boy into the world with such peace and compassion. She is very knowledgeable about pregnancy, birth, and is very supportive of any and all your wishes and can explain in detail what each decision you make could look like. She walks you through each stage of labor. She truly loves the process of pregnancy and birth and it makes you feel very comfortable. I wanted a hospital, natural birth and she was my advocate when I couldn’t or wasn’t able to communicate my wishes. She gave me strength when I thought I didn’t have any left. She helped my husband support me throughout every contraction and my birth story is something I look back on and smile. She made me not afraid to give birth and I wish I could have her as my doula again. I truly could not have done it without her.
