Hi! My name is Veronica, and I’m a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula proudly serving families across Oklahoma. I’ve been supporting families for the past 7 years and currently work alongside Tulsa Birth Center, supporting births in home, hospital, and birth center settings for private pay clients. I also proudly accept SoonerCare, making doula support accessible to families with little to no out-of-pocket cost.

My full Birth Doula Package is $1,500 and includes both birth and postpartum support. For families covered by SoonerCare, this package may be covered at 100% with little to no out-of-pocket cost. With this package, I offer:

What do we do in Prenatal Appts?
Prenatal care includes five individualized visits designed to meet each client’s unique needs and prepare them for birth and postpartum recovery. These appointments take place at 28–30 weeks, 34 weeks, 36 weeks, 38 weeks, and 40 weeks, and are tailored to where you are in your pregnancy journey. Each visit focuses on education, emotional support, birth planning, comfort measures, and addressing any questions or concerns as your due date approaches. Together, we build confidence, strengthen support systems, and ensure you feel informed, prepared, and supported every step of the way.
What does Postpartum support look like?
Postpartum support includes three visits within the full-spectrum package, designed to provide gentle, consistent care during the early weeks after birth. The first visit takes place within the first week after delivery, followed by appointments at two weeks and four weeks postpartum. Each visit is tailored to your individual recovery and needs, offering emotional support, newborn care guidance, breastfeeding assistance, and help with postpartum adjustment. Additional visits may be added as needed for continued support. For postpartum-only clients, care typically includes 4–8 visits depending on your specific needs and schedule. SoonerCare is also accepted for postpartum doula services, ensuring accessible support during this important transition.
Do you accept SoonerCare?

Do you accept Private Insurance?
As of right now private insurance does not pay Doula’s directly, but you can always call your private insurance and see if they will reimburse the costs of a Doula.
Do you support C-Section Mama's?
Yes, I am able to support clients planning a cesarean birth; however, the care plan is structured differently to meet the unique needs of a surgical delivery and recovery. This includes 3 prenatal appointments focused on preparation, education, and emotional support leading up to birth. I also provide support in the hospital after delivery to assist with early bonding, help the father or support person become familiar with newborn care, and ensure baby and mother receive continuous attention and support during the immediate postpartum period. After delivery, I remain present for up to 2–4 hours depending on need to assist with breastfeeding, bonding, and early recovery support. Once home, postpartum care includes 5 visits focused on recovery support, newborn care, emotional wellbeing, and assistance around the home during the first few days after birth.
How long is each appointment?
Each appointment is 1 hour long and is intentionally designed to allow space for connection, education, and personalized care. I prioritize getting to know my clients on a deeper level so that by the time we reach the birthing space, we are not strangers but familiar, trusted partners. Building this relationship helps create a sense of safety, comfort, and confidence, allowing you to feel fully supported and understood throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
Do you have experience with high risk pregnancies?
Yes. I have experience supporting families through a variety of pregnancy and birth situations, including some high-risk pregnancies. While doulas do not provide medical care, I offer emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. I work alongside your medical team to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered during your journey.
Do you have experience supporting VBAC mama's?
Yes. I have experience supporting VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) mothers throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
