Hi women and families! My name is Isabel Lindsey. I'm a full-spectrum holistic birth and postpartum doula serving NE Oklahoma. I am passionate about physiologic birth and believe birth works best when it is left undisturbed with the support of trusted loved ones. I also believe in the importance of honoring the mother through her fourth trimester by providing nourishing meals, light household help, and gentle self care rituals. I truly love what I do! In my freetime, I'm making herbal remedies, play volleyball, or sunbathing.

Service introduction

My birth services include prenatal meetings to build connection, prepare the body and mind for birth through education, movement, and breathwork, dream up your birth plan, and more. I'm on call beginning at 36 weeks and will be available to support you through the entire labor and immediate postpartum. Postpartum services are tailored to you and your family's needs. I offer nutrient-dense, from-scratch meals, light household tidying and laundry, and self care rituals including sitz bath, yoni steam, and gentle touch. I'm also here to witness you during this pivotal transformation through birth debriefing and processing.

Isabel was an incredible support for our family during the early weeks after our baby arrived. She was a huge help with many household tasks that made our days so much easier. She helped keep our home running smoothly by assisting with laundry, dishes, tidying up the kitchen, and making delicious meals. These small but important tasks made a big difference and allowed us to focus more on bonding with our baby and getting the rest we needed.
