About me

Hi! I am a CAPPA trained doula located in Mobile, AL and serving the surrounding areas. I am a mama to a toddler boy, and wife to an active duty Coast Guard pilot. I believe giving birth is one of the most empowering things a woman can experience! I have a background as an EMT, but gave that up so I could stay home with my baby boy. I love reading, playing outside with my son, and scuba diving. As a doula, I believe that women can do exactly what they set their mind to with the right support!

Service introduction

As your birth doula, I’ll work with you before your due date to help prepare for a smooth and empowered birthing experience. We’ll go over techniques to encourage your baby into the optimal position for birth, relaxation exercises, and partner-led methods that can be invaluable during labor. I can also assist you in creating a birth plan tailored to your needs and desires. On the day of your labor, I’ll be there to support you, guiding you through positioning and providing the encouragement and comfort you need for the best possible outcome!
