My eldest daughter never latched successfully (breech c-section and then tongue and lip ties. Both were released around 2-3 weeks of age but it was very painful for her afterwards) and I exclusively pumped for 6 months and struggled to make enough. I would like to better prepare physically and emotionally for this next baby (potentially another c-section, maybe a VBAC if she isn't breech) and make a considerable effort to breastfeed or exclusively pump longer and more effectively. Also, I'm vegan so I worry my milk doesn't have enough fat

My baby had a tongue tie that got fixed in the hospital and now I need help getting him to latch. He does well with the nipple shield but not my actual nipple.
