I would like to give birth in the comfort of my home

I need support producing lactation for my baby that's coming. I'm 3 months pregnant and I want to sets lactation to be prepared for providing breast milk so I can nurse my baby. I am planning a home birth and my budget is around $100 for getting the medication I need or support or any kind that can be given. I am going to have my husband present and have and midwife in the home with a birthing pool. I just would like to be able to have my laction in place by the time the baby comes to be able to feed her or she as soon they come into the world and are ready to start eating.

I am in need to desperate help. I had my baby almost two months ago from time of birth until now she had been exclusively breastfed, and I love the connection we formed but she is start day care in one week. I also pump and I really need her to take a bottle. She refuses too, I’ve tried 8 different bottle brands and she will not take them. With her going to daycare I need for her to accept a bottle so she will be able to eat when I’m not around. I’m need help ASAP!

I have a one week old baby that I can’t get to latch. We had no issues in hospital with him getting a good latch, but due to a severe tongue tie, I had to take a break and just pump because of extreme pain, cracking, etc. we rotated breast milk through bottles and were able to get a couple of successful latches with a nipple shield. We just had his tongue and lip tie released Wednesday and have yet to get him to latch on my breast. We occasionally have success with a nipple shield, but only once or twice a day. Interested in a Medicaid covered provider.

I’m struggling with postpartum badly and need a certified therapist as well as a certified pp doula that studied postpartum and all the things that come with it, from the hormone drop, to all the emotions I’m experiencing to help navigate through what I’m going through and feeling. I’m a first time mom to a 10 week old baby, so this is all brand new to me and this had been a huge, beautiful rollercoaster full of ups and downs and I needed help. I’m also looking for an IBCLC to help my baby feed better as breastfeeding can be very frustrating and challenging sometimes. He started well, but it’s kind of tapered a bit. I would also like in-home help such as cleaning and cooking as well if that’s possible. Plan to give birth at Grandview Hospital vaginally. Would like to primarily breastfeed. I know the first few days are very important for continued milk production, so I would like to be prepared to make the most of that. I will also need help in a few months as I prepare to go back to work and will need to pump there. A support group in the North Jefferson area would also appreciated.
