I am first time mom pregnant either twins. I’m looking for support when it comes to labor and birth. I do plan to deliver in a hospital, but I want to learn other techniques when it comes to going through labor and actually delivering. I also want to learn how to safely care for my new born babies. I’m not exactly sure of my birth plan as of yet. I know for sure I do not want to be induced unless for emergency purposes. Unsure if I want to go with or without epidural.
