this is my first baby, I’m in Ohio and I want to do a unmedicated birth. I’m very anxious and I have a lot of anxieties and worries about the actual birth and about the postpartum that comes after it. I really just need someone to talk to me and help me through all of these thoughts

Plan to give birth in Toledo Hospital. Wanna do vaginal birth, but if it is medically needed will do c-section. Also marked that if I were to tear, that I would rather have them cut me. If I feel like I cant take the pain around 4cm, then I will get the epidural, but I would rather it be by someone with experience. I did sign up for oxytocin to be given after birth, that way im not feeling some type of way when meeting my daughter for the first time. I have caresource through medicaid and don't really have any extra funds than they provide. This is also my first pregnancy/birth.

Hello my name is Mary! I am planning to give birth either at Kettering Health Main Campus or Kettering Health Centerville/Miamisburg campus. My birth plan/ preference is having an all natural vaginal birth. I am open to necessary medical interventions if I stall out from exhaustion but would like to not do anything to force the baby out if my body/baby is not ready just for the sake of speeding up the birth early on. I have United Healthcare (Surest) insurance so medical costs can be through that/ reimbursed through insurance. I would like to stay under $2,000 for out of pocket costs if possible. I am really excited to have a Doula partnership! I would also love for there to be extra support for my husband ([name hidden]) as well! He takes on pain and emotions a lot so I know he will care and focus on me a lot, but I do worry about him not eating/drinking enough or feeling faint as [personal details hidden]. He is amazing, I just want me to be taken care of and it is also important to me that he is checked in on and able to get air or take a nap if possible/needed!
