I am looking for a midwife, as I do not want to use an ob/gyn. I would ideally like to do a home birth. If for some reason I am unable to do a home birth, I want an uneducated birth, hopefully in a birth center. I would love to work with a midwife who also has nursing experience but am not completely set on it. I would like both a midwife and doula who have christian beliefs to match mine. I do not yet have an estimated budget. We are only about 4 weeks pregnant. I am looking for a midwife to schedule and ultrasound with. I already had an hcg blood test done.

Gathering information. Not sure if I will do an at home or in hospital birth. Preferably less than 5k. My birth plan is very holistic/natural.

I am giving birth at the beaver medical center, not sure about the budget as this is new to me, and trying to understand the process. The plan is to try to birth vaginally. I’m really nervous about the labor and delivery part of this process, and also vaccinations that I’m not comfortable with getting at the hospital. I am looking for a TRICARE-approved labor doula, potentially also postpartum. I am 35yo and this is my first pregnancy. I plan to give birth at a hospital in the Akron, OH area (Summa). I would like to have a vaginal birth but have vaginismus and am concerned I will be pushed to have a c-section or to allow instruments early in the delivery process. My husband's career has him traveling about 5/7 days per week and he may not be present for the delivery, though he will be trying his absolute hardest to be there. I am looking for a strong advocate.

Help getting back to normal and caring for newborn and toddler

I need guidance to be able to give birth naturally. No epidural. I had it twice in previous deliveries. 1st it failed gave birth naturally wasn’t fully prepared and second time it worked decently. I just do not want to go through the process of getting it again. I plan to give birth again a UH St John’s in westlake if not Main campus UH.
