plan to give birth at home, but if anything must go the other way the hospital. not sure about the budget no epidural unless C-section, no iv fluids , be able to move however i sleep, give birth in a comfortable position for me, delay cord if at hospital for 5 minute, if at home 30 minute, i will be taking my placenta home with me after it has been de-attached from my baby, no foot prick, no shots those will be delay if they cannot be delay at hospital get me an exempt sheet to sign for my child. no c- section preferred, no induce, no pitocin , no magnisum, no intervention, natural as possible. i have aetna

I am looking for a doula to support me during my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. I plan to have a natural, unmedicated birth at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and would like emotional and physical support throughout the process. I have tri care for insurance I would like help with comfort measures, breathing techniques, pain management, advocacy, and staying calm during labor. I am also interested in prenatal education and postpartum support after delivery. I am looking for someone experienced with natural births and supportive of my birth preferences.
