Hi, I’m Payton I’m a full spectrum doula who supports families through fertility, birth, postpartum, abortion, and loss. My heart work is helping women step into their innate power and knowledge so they can birth confidently and autonomously. In postpartum, I find joy in nurturing and nourishing mama so she can focus on healing and rediscovering herself. My goal is to bring back community care, traditional healing practices, and ancient wisdom.

We were so fortunate to have Payton with us during our triplet girls’ first year of life. She began as our overnight doula when they were newborns and later transitioned into their full-time nanny while we worked. Caring for three babies at once is no small task, yet Payton handled it with consistency, dependability, and so much love. She has a calm, soft-spoken presence that was incredibly comforting in those early months. Her experience with newborns truly stood out as she seemed to know exactly what each baby needed and provided the highest level of care. Beyond caring for the girls, she also kept our kitchen tidy and made sure supplies were always stocked, which lifted a huge weight off our shoulders as new parents. What stood out most was the joy Payton clearly took in caring for the girls, and how much they adored her in return. The bond she formed with them was so special, and we always felt complete peace of mind knowing they were in her hands. We are deeply grateful for her support during such an important season of our lives and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I cannot recommend Payton enough as a postpartum doula. From the very beginning, she brought such a calm, grounding presence into our home. She is incredibly sweet, totally judgment-free, and has a quiet, steady way of making everything feel easier. Payton is hardworking, consistent, and flexible — the kind of support you can truly rely on during such a tender and unpredictable time. She’s also an all-around badass who anticipates needs before you even realize them yourself. And somehow, she even managed to win over my very annoying dog, which says everything about her patience and kindness! Having Payton by my side made my postpartum experience not only more manageable but genuinely more joyful. Any family would be lucky to have her
