About me
Hi, I'm Elli, a certified birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator based in Lake Alfred, Florida. As your doula, my goal is to be a calm, steady presence throughout your journey into parenthood. I listen without judgment, provide clear and evidence-based information, and help you understand your options so you can make decisions that feel right for you and your family. Rather than promoting a particular approach to birth, I believe in supporting your choices and helping you feel informed, confident, and empowered every step of the way. Most importantly, I'll remind you to trust yourself, because no one knows your body, your baby, or your values better than you do. When I'm not supporting families, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our rescue dog, Cora, at the gym, baking sourdough bread, or dreaming up home improvement projects that my husband may or may not be excited about.

I offer both birth and postpartum doula support. My birth doula packages include prenatal visits, continuous labor support, postpartum follow-up, and ongoing communication throughout your pregnancy. I also offer postpartum doula services to help families navigate the transition into parenthood with confidence, practical support, and compassionate care.
