Hi, I'm Elli, a certified birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator based in Lake Alfred, Florida. As your doula, my goal is to be a calm, steady presence throughout your journey into parenthood. I listen without judgment, provide clear and evidence-based information, and help you understand your options so you can make decisions that feel right for you and your family. Rather than promoting a particular approach to birth, I believe in supporting your choices and helping you feel informed, confident, and empowered every step of the way. Most importantly, I'll remind you to trust yourself, because no one knows your body, your baby, or your values better than you do. When I'm not supporting families, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our rescue dog, Cora, at the gym, baking sourdough bread, or dreaming up home improvement projects that my husband may or may not be excited about.

What to expect

I offer both birth and postpartum doula support. My birth doula packages include prenatal visits, continuous labor support, postpartum follow-up, and ongoing communication throughout your pregnancy. I also offer postpartum doula services to help families navigate the transition into parenthood with confidence, practical support, and compassionate care.

I don’t think there are words that could possibly come close to describing the level of professionalism, warmth, authenticity and compassion that our family experienced while having Elli as our doula. She was incredibly communicative the entire time, provided her expertise when it came to writing a birth plan, and you can tell her heart is in every aspect in how she supports. We especially appreciated the post partum support sessions, our twin toddlers LOVE Elli, and her baking. Having her come help out with them was such a BIG way to support our family after adding a newborn. We would hire her again in a heart beat. If you are looking for birth support, she is THE ONE!

Elisabeth was an incredibly important source of support for me during my pregnancy and in the months that followed.
