About me

Hi, my name is Phoebe and I'm a therapist intern with a background in systemic relational training. Asking for help isn't always easy, but life often brings about challenges that lead us to realize that something needs to change. Whether you are navigating a new pregnancy, or managing the stresses of parenthood, the difficulties we face inevitably colour the way we see ourselves, and the world around us. Seeking support through therapy can be a helpful tool in exploring how you how to show up for yourself and for others. My goal is to walk alongside you towards the change that feels most authentic and aligned to you. My prior clinical experience includes supporting individuals, couples and families at the Maplewoods Centre for Family Therapy and Child Psychology in Guelph, Ontario. My approach is collaborative and client-centred, and I employ dialogic therapy, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and emotion-focused therapy. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy services in-person at our offices in Vaughan, ON and Markham, ON, as well as online. As a therapist intern, I am currently being supervised by a Registered Psychotherapist. Fees and Rates: Sliding Scale Available Individual Rate: $30-$75 Couples and Families: $75-$95
