I am passionate about providing trauma informed and gender inclusive care to all types of families. I believe everyone has the right to make a choice about when and how they build their family. I feel called to support parents through those special, and often challenging moments in the early stages of parenthood. I do this work because I want to support my community in their reproductive health and body autonomy.

What to expect

My care focuses on nutrition, lactation support, and trusted infant care. I’m a certified postpartum doula from Birth Arts International and I’m currently studying to become a lactation counselor. I provide overnight and daytime support to clients in Baltimore city, Baltimore County and surrounding areas in the DMV. Some services I provide are meal prepping, infant feeding education, and baby related chores like laundry and bottle/pump washing.

Do you attend births?

Currently, I’m only doing postpartum support. I know lots of amazing birth doulas, so if you want a recommendation, let me know!

Are you a lactation consultant?

Nope, I’m a lactation educator! That means I teach parents how to breastfeed, navigate pumping and supply issues. When things are out of my scope, I refer my clients to lactation consultant who can diagnose and treat any issues.

Are you affiliated with any agencies?

Yes, I currently take clients through The Womb Room as well as my personal business. I also work with Communities After Birth in Anne Arundel county to provide free doula support to families without funds.

How much does Pj charge?

Pj's Level 2 package is $1,000 USD, flat rate. Pj lists 4 packages in all.
