Ideally I’d work with an English speaking black woman with at least 5 years experience. I’ll be 37 by the time of delivery. It would be wonderful if they knew how to do after birth healing baths.

Our birth plan is very simple I wish to birth our first born as unmedicated as possible. I wish to avoid any medications unless medically necessary.
