Since it’s my first time , I m looking for doula who can support and guide after my baby birth .

Plan on giving birth in a hospital. Budget is around 2000. Preferably someone who has worked with Muslim clients.

I am looking for someone who understands C-section recovery and can help make the postpartum period less physically demanding. No direct newborn care is required, as their grandmother will be assisting with that. My primary insurance is Blue shields of CA POS through Optum Medical Netwrok My secondary insurance is Anthem Blue Cross HMO through Optum Medical Network.

I will be giving birth at Hoag Hospital, Newport Beach CA. I am looking for a Doula that accepts my insurance, Blue shield of CA! This is my final baby, number 6, & I have always wanted to have a Doula but never actually did it. Im looking for support at delivery and postpartum. I plan to have an unmedicated birth and want to try hypno birthing method or any type of breathing techniques that will help with labor. I want to experience a peaceful and centered birth as much as possible. My last 2 deliveries have been unmedicated and quick.
