I’m a certified postpartum doula, DONA-educated birth doula, and pre- and postnatal yoga instructor in Toronto, dedicated to helping mothers, mothers-to-be, and families find connection, calm, and confidence in their bodies and daily lives. After birth, I provide nurturing practical care for both you and your baby, including education, sibling care, light housework, meal preparation, and nourishing postpartum recipes (I especially love cooking and baking meals that support recovery and milk supply).
