Hey everyone! I'm Mabel, a passionate doula with three years of experience. I provide unwavering support and care to parents and their partners during birth and postpartum. I was a nanny for the same family for five years, watching their family grow from the first child at 18 months to their third at 8 months. I've also worked at an award-winning private Montessori school and spent three years as a special needs caregiver. I'm currently finishing my certification with Birth Arts International, pending my 5th birth. I am trained with CAPPA as a postpartum doula as well. I'm fully vaccinated and boosted, as well as CPR and first aid certified. My top priority is always keeping families safe, happy, and healthy. I'm constantly seeking out new information to be the best doula I can be and am grateful for the opportunity to serve my community in such a meaningful way.

Hello! I am a newly trained doula, seeking my first clients to become officially state and DONA certified. I am getting into this work because I want to be able to help people feel empowered, both by providing information and emotional support. I really believe that maximizing informed consent and autonomy can make an enormous difference in our overall experiences, even if things are not able to go to plan 100% of the time. I truly believe that knowing someone is by your side, trusting and supporting you in whatever you feel is best for yourself, can be a make or break difference in almost all aspects of life. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are such a special and transformative time in a persons life and I want for people to be able to look back on their experience positively. I also place a high importance on personal and community health. I will wear a mask any time we are together, including home visits and the duration of the birth. If you or a loved one are immunocompromised and have extra requests for health precautions I am happy to accommodate. I am also very open to hearing any other disability accommodations that may be necessary.

Welcome! I'm Doula Mindy and I am passionate about the health of young children and families, in all their unique beauty. For the last 25 years I have been an Early Intervention Specialist and Early Childhood Special Education teacher. As a postpartum doula, I love working with families in their home, using the equipment and materials they have available and meeting each person where they are emotionally, mentally and experientially. As a parent coach, working with families through a virtual platform has been a game changer. We can dive deep into developmental issues and parents leave each session with new tools in their toolbox. While I love working with all families, I have a special place in my heart for parents with: *traumatic birth stories *a child in or transitioning from NICU *multiples *infants with identified disabilities *neurodiverse parents *neurodiverse children *diverse family structures In my free time, I enjoy exploring the PNW with my partner in our camper van, reading in my hammock, trying to grow things in my garden, spending time with my adult daughter, and snuggling with my two doxies.

Hello, I'm Emily, a CAPPA certified postpartum doula. Originally from Portland, I traveled and worked as a nanny in Corvallis, Grand Cayman, Amsterdam, SF, and Denver—almost always with babies. I transitioned to doula work in San Francisco and have loved quickly adapting to each family's needs ever since. I excel at making parents comfortable, soothing babies and providing guidance, as well as fitting myself in wherever help is needed in your household. Be that baby care, cooking, organizing, laundry, massage, or a sympathetic and impartial ear. I will support you so that you can confidently care for your new tiny human!

Emily is truly the best. As our postpartum doula with our third child, Emily was amazing in everything she did - caring for the baby with expertise and love, keeping our family well nourished, attending to my needs and the needs of our older children, keeping our house clean, and always bringing joy into our home. Emily is wonderful and a gift to anyone who gets to work with her.
