My name is McKenna and I am a birth doula, Fertility Awareness Teacher, and Prenatal Nutritional Therapy Practitioner located in Portland, Oregon. I serve the Portland Metro area, along with the Oregon Coast, Hood River, and McMinnville Oregon. I attend home births and birth center births in this area. I have specialized training in physiological birth. Birth is an absolute joy and passion for me and I love seeing mothers tap discover how amazing they are as they birth their babies. While I am happy to serve clients from any background, I am a Christian and can prefer faith-based birth support to those who desire this.

Nutritional Therapy Initial Consultation

You will fill out your initial paperwork and schedule your first call with me! We will have a meeting to review your health history and so I can learn more about you and your goals! We will go over the specific nutritional and lifestyle recommendations I have created for you using scientifically-backed strategies in order to address your specific needs. We will dive deep into your specific goals and how to achieve them. We will also have time for some Q&A, where you can ask me any questions you may have.

Fertility Awareness Coaching

Charting basics and how to determine the fertile window using simple signs that the body provides. Detailed Information on how to use Fertility Awareness FOUR 90-MINUTE SESSIONS Method charting for family planning: both to prevent and plan pregnancy. Learn about variations of wellness and what your individual cycle can tell you about your health: Learn how to use charting with conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, cysts, etc. Learn about the different seasons of the cycle and how to support them.
