I would like a provider who has at least 5 years experience. I have no age limit. I would like someone to teach me body language and certain cues to look for with my newborn and to eventually help me with sleep training

I am giving birth at Hampton General Hospital. I know what a budget is, but I don’t know what that question is for. I would like someone with an experience at least eight years or more. I am home alone with A 2 1/2 year-old a baby did just turned one and a baby on the way I am at the end of my third trimester. I have a problem with cleaning cooking and doing laundry. also may need help with taking children to doctors appointments.

Our 4.5 month old (20 weeks) has always been either fed or rocked to sleep. His naps have been shorter for at least a month now, but this past week he has started fighting sleep a lot more to where we’re lucky if we get a 30 minute stretch for naps (sometimes he wakes as soon as he’s laid down, sometimes he wakes after 10 mins). He’s a good night sleeper & typically sleeps anywhere from 8-10 hours without waking at night. Lately, especially on the days where he has gotten minimal sleep during the daytime, he has “false starts” when going down for bed. He will wake 30mins-1hr into sleeping and will automatically start crying hysterically. Usually, as soon as we pick him up from his crib he starts to calm down. Then we sit in the recliner with him, barely rock, give him a pacifier, and hold him against us. He goes back to sleep pretty quickly, but because he got so worked up while crying, he will have hitched breathing anywhere from the first 10-30mins after falling asleep. I work from home & have help during weekdays, but the days have become very hard due to him napping very minimally, which also affects his mood as the day progresses. We have been hesitant to do any sleep training because of how bad things can get when he becomes very worked up and almost inconsolable. We’re open to virtual, but prefer in person. Our budget is flexible.
