About me

Since 2020, it has been my joy to serve families in pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, meeting each family where they are according to their priorities, needs, and wishes for birth and parenthood. I work to help each client draw on their own strength and spirituality, then provide additional resources as needed to help clients feel prepared, empowered, and supported for their birth and parenting journeys.

Service introduction

Before birth is a wonderful time to plan and prepare, but the options can be overwhelming. We will work with you to answer your questions, help you know what to expect, make decisions about your birth, and get ready to bring home your baby. During your labor and birth, an experienced doula can help you navigate the intense physical and emotional experience of bringing a new life into the world. The continuous presence of a doula provides encouragement, comfort, and support for you and your birthing decisions. The postpartum period brings so many changes and new responsibilities. We will make sure that your needs are taken care of (sleep!), help you create routines to take care of the baby or babies, and make sure that the whole family is nurtured and supported through this time of transition.
