As a doula, HypnoBirthing® educator, and counselor, I empower clients to make fully informed decisions, advocate for themselves and their babies, and feel supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I’ve attended natural, medicated, and cesarean births—including operating room support.

But, combined with this tested and proven method of deep relaxation techniques, breathing and massage, affirmations and visualizations to encourage self-hypnosis, the birthing woman is able to have a positive and gentle birth experience, the way our bodies were designed to birth. HypnoBirthing® can be applied to any birth to achieve a greater sense of relaxation and control, helping you reach your birthing goals. So, even if you are planning a fully medicated birth, or even a cesarean section birth, there is much to benefit from this childbirth education method.
