When you choose to work with me as your virtual birth doula, you're selecting a dedicated partner who will provide unwavering support, guidance, and advocacy throughout your entire pregnancy and birth journey. From our initial consultation to postpartum follow-up, I'll be there for you every step of the way, offering evidence-based information, personalized birth planning assistance, emotional support, and practical guidance. Through virtual platforms like video calls, messaging, and phone support, I'll ensure that you feel empowered, informed, and deeply supported, even from a distance. Whether it's discussing birth preferences, practicing relaxation techniques, or navigating unexpected twists in labor, I'll be by your side, helping you make informed decisions and advocating for your wishes. Birth Doula

When you hire me as your in-person birth doula, you're entrusting me with the privilege of providing unwavering support, guidance, and advocacy throughout your entire childbirth experience. From our initial meeting, where we'll discuss your birth preferences, fears, and goals, to the moment your little one arrives earthside, I'll be by your side, offering physical, emotional, and informational support every step of the way. During labor, I'll provide continuous presence and reassurance, offering comfort measures such as massage, breathing techniques, and positioning suggestions to help you navigate each contraction with confidence. I'll liaise with your birth team to ensure your preferences are respected, and I'll serve as a calm and steady presence, offering encouragement and empowerment as you bring your baby into the world. After the birth, I'll remain by your side, assisting with initial breastfeeding, providing emotional support, and helping you process the intensity and beauty of your birth experience. With my expertise and dedication, you can feel supported, empowered, and cherished as you embark on the transformative journey of childbirth. Childbirth Class is included. Evidence Based Childbirth Class

By taking the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you and your partner will learn the evidence for your birth options and you’ll get to meet with an experienced instructor and other parents who are on the journey through pregnancy and birth just like you! This online class format allows you to access quality evidence-based materials online, so that it works with your schedule, with the added benefit of mentorship and engaging activities! This class is limited to only 6 couples. Classes will be on consecutive Sundays starting @ 4pm EST Class includes: Four to six weeks of prerecorded online video lessons you can watch and rewatch at your leisure Four to six weekly Zoom sessions with the whole class and an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor to lead discussion and answer questions The EBB eWorkbook to keep you focused as you progress through the curriculum and to use as a reminder of what you've learned as you approach your birth Three months of access to the EBB Academy, complete with PDF library, audio files, and more Classes start May 19,2024

What to expect

Virtual Childbirth Education- I'm a Evidence-based birth instructor and I teach birthing people and their partner how to build a team of providers, which also include doulas, RN, support people, etc to help them have the birth that they desire. They learn how to advocate from themselves, learn comfort measures for laboring at home or at the hospital. We also rehearse birthing positions and take about postpartum care. -$325 Virtual Postpartum Doula Care- Support families by providing tips for recovery, newborn care, and postpartum care. All information provided by doula is evidence based and helps families make informed decisions about caring, feeding, and preparing for baby. Virtual postpartum care is composed via zoom or call. Emailing is also an option since all lines of communication are always open. In Person Postpartum Doula Care- Doula comes into the home and helps birthing person and their partner transition to parenthood. Show parents ways to keep baby safe while sleeping, how to change diapers, and proper way to feed baby. Light housework is also provided such as cleaning bottles, baby laundry, etc. Breastfeeding support is also provided and ways to store milk and clean pump parts. Virtual and In Birth Doula Care- 1-2 prenatal visits (office or home) with client. Goes over birthing plan, hospital interventions, and building a supportive birth team. While in labor, doula provides support by doing comfort measures, and helping client advocate for themselves and feeling safe and heard while in labor. Depending on package, Childbirth classes are included or discounted. Follow up 1-3 days after the birth of baby.

Choosing Racine as my birth doula was an absolute game-changer. From the moment we met, her unwavering support and wealth of knowledge put me at ease. Her expertise not only eased my anxieties but also enriched the entire birthing process, making it a deeply fulfilling journey. I cannot recommend her highly enough for her exceptional care and dedication. I also wanted to add that I was not a very happy pregnant woman during my pregnancy, and I had a lot going to going on in my marriage and work life. Racine didn't judge me and encouraged to to seek counseling and also referred me to a great postpartum doula who made my transition to motherhood a breeze. I can't say enough about Racine. She has a heart of gold and anyone who hires her would find that out quickly. Please hire her and you will not regret it. I wanted to add that since I couldn't come up with the money all at one time, she did put me on a payment plan and that was nice and comforting.
