Hi, I’m Rae, and I am a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and postpartum doula in Durham, NC! I am thrilled to have the opportunity to support you and your family during this transformative time. As your postpartum doula, I am here to offer a listening ear, provide evidence-based information, and assist you with practical tasks. From helping with newborn care and breastfeeding support to assisting with household chores, my aim is to alleviate any stress and ensure that you feel supported and confident in your parenting journey. I believe in the importance of tailoring my services to meet the unique needs and preferences of each family.
