About me

I see pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family as one of the most beautiful things about humanity. As a certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator, Evidenced Based Birth Instructor and a Certified Birth Doula (CD) DONA. I am privileged to help birthing persons and their partners make these experiences as positive and healthy as possible. I have a special interest in working towards helping families of color and their partners." We need to speak the uncomfortable truth that individuals and especially persons of color are too often not listened to or taken seriously by the health care system, and therefore they are denied the dignity that they deserve." ( Vice Presidential Kamala Harris) I am proud to have received my certifications and offer Birth Doula care to families across the Central Pennsylvania region.
