Budget 2-3k looking for postpartum support with some overnights maybe 5 around the 3-4 week mark for our newborn ideally postpartum and lactation in one person. My husband and I are in search of a night doula/nanny to assist us with our 3 boys under 3. We have a 14m old who has never slept through the night, so any help with sleep training would be amazing. But aside from that, assistance with our newborn is the main criteria to allow us to be as well rested as possible enabling us to be the best parents we can be. I am attempting to nurse and pump, so having someone tag teaming feeding a bottle while I pump or helping me get him to sleep in the bassinet is very much desired.
