am seeking a doula to help provide support, advocacy, and guidance throughout my pregnancy and delivery. As I am early in my pregnancy and have not yet had my first OB-GYN appointment, I am still learning about my options and what to expect. I would like a doula to help me understand the process, create a birth plan, and ensure that I feel heard and supported during labor and delivery. Having someone present who can advocate for my needs and help me feel safe and informed is very important to me.

Open to wake forest, or even north Raleigh area. Budget 2-3k looking for postpartum support with some overnights maybe 5 around the 3-4 week mark for our newborn ideally postpartum and lactation in one person.
