am seeking a doula to help provide support, advocacy, and guidance throughout my pregnancy and delivery. As I am early in my pregnancy and have not yet had my first OB-GYN appointment, I am still learning about my options and what to expect. I would like a doula to help me understand the process, create a birth plan, and ensure that I feel heard and supported during labor and delivery. Having someone present who can advocate for my needs and help me feel safe and informed is very important to me.

I plan to have a birth without epidural at the hospital. I have a 2 year old and would need help during postpartum because dad works night shift.
