I'm a Certified Postpartum Doula and Naps Night Doula who is passionate about creating supportive, safe space for families as they adjust to life with a new baby. I offer personalized postpartum care that blends emotional reassurance with practical, hands-on support —helping parents feel more confident, rested, and cared for during the early weeks at home. My approach is rooted in evidence-based guidance, compassionate, communication, and meeting each family where they are. With more than 25 years in the Early Childcare field, I've supported children through school age and bring a deep understanding of child development into my Postpartum work. I've also provided informal support to families for many years and made the intentional decision to become a Certified Postpartum Doula in 2019. Since then, I've continued to expand my skills through ongoing mentorship and training, including the Newborn & Postpartum Support Academy and Safe Sleep Ambassador certification.
