I am Rav Sandhu a Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant and President & Founder of Kiddo Sleep Factor with a mission to get your baby sleeping through the night. My program nurtures independent healthy sleep habits while maintaining both mom's and baby’s attachment with gentle and responsive methods. I am working with newborn to 6-year-old kiddos using different techniques which are unique as per the baby's needs, temperament and personality.

Rav is beyond patient and responsive. I ask her questions at all hours of the day and night and she responds as soon as she can despite having a young child at home, and puts thought and care into her responses. She clearly puts her client first. I appreciate that she focuses on gentle sleep training approaches and not CIO. As a first time mom, Rav has been an excellent partner. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get more sleep!

Rav helped me sleep train my 1 year old. His sleep was disrupted for most of the nights earlier while making my parenting much challenging. I came across Rav online who accessed my baby sleep needs & created customized sleep plan. She also helped with other areas of my baby’s development . She practice gentle approach to train my baby while making him & myself comfortable. her plan worked out as laid & eventually my baby started to sleep well. Thanks for helping me Rav. My son was struggling with his sleep. Naps and bedtime was all over the place. But Rav helped us with his bedtime sleep first and then worked on his naps.
