Hi, I'm Angelina, co-founder of Cradira and a Perinatal Support Worker/Postpartum Doula serving families across the Greater Toronto Area. I help expecting and new parents get through the early weeks with more support, more confidence, and fewer "are we supposed to know what we're doing?" moments. My work includes newborn care, postpartum recovery support, feeding and sleep guidance, emotional reassurance, and practical help with the everyday reality of life after baby arrives. Because yes, the baby is a big part of postpartum. Obviously. But so are the dishes, the laundry, the night plan, the feeding setup, the relationship stress, the texts from people asking how they an help, and the fact that someone still needs to know where the clean sleepers are, and if there are any. Over the last 25 years, I've learned that families usually don't need more pressure or more perfect-parent advice. They need someone calm, experienced, and practical who can walk into the real-life version of their home and help things feel a little less chaotic. That might mean supporting, or taking over baby care, helping with fees, talking through sleep, giving parents a chance to rest, or helping them make the household pieces a little easier to manage. Sometimes the biggest relief isn't a complicated plan. It's someone saying, " Ok. Here's what we're going to tackle next." My approach is warm, inclusive, evidence-based, and very rooted in real life. I'm not here to tell families there's one right way to do this. I'm here to help them feel steadier, more supported, and less like every decision has to be made from scratch at 2 a.m., usually with a routine and a plan. Baby doesn't need perfection. Your family needs steady support, realistic plans, and someone calm in the room when everything feels like a lot.

I offer overnight postpartum support for families in the GTA within about 45 min of Brampton. Support ranges from guidance and reassurance to fully taking over baby care so parents can sleep and recover. My focus includes mental health, newborn sleep, routines, and creating household systems with the goal of helping families do more than just survive the first weeks.
